Shipping

Average shipping times for US & EU is 3-5 working days. Average shipping times for UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is 7-10 days. Rest of world average shipping time is 7-14 days. Shipping times may vary during Holiday Season.

We do not accept PO Box addresses, due to the size of our packages.

There are no additional taxes or duties for purchases made from US, EU, Canada or UK.

If you live outside of the areas mentioned above, we have kept our shipping costs as low as possible, but there may be import duties to pay upon delivery. We may also have a retail partner near you, or you can refer to the relevant Country-Specific Rates below.

We offer Route as a tracking and insurance service for the safe delivery of your high-ticket items. Route can be added at checkout, and they will replace your unit if it is damage, lost or stolen. You are able to take Route off your order, but this will be at your own risk. Hoihc will not be held responsible for courier loss or porch theft.

If you are worried about your package arriving safely, we offer Route International Shipping Insurance Policy upon check out.

Route's international timeframe filing for lost, stolen or damaged packages is:

Stolen: between 5-15 days from delivery

Lost: between 20-30 days from last tracking update

Damaged: between 0-15 days from delivery

Our offer of Free Shipping applies only to the first attempt of delivery. It is your responsibility to use the tracking number provided to ensure that delivery can take place on the first attempt. You may be charged at local rates for a second attempt.

Please note that if you change your mind after the product has shipped, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refundable amount.
