Returns & Exchanges

NO RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED.

Return of any merchandise is not permitted without prior approval and must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Defective items WILL BE REPLACED or REPAIRED IN YOUR AREA due to high cost of shipping. Decision to replace or repair will be determined by Hoihc.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for any product returned that is not defective - determined by Hoihc.

Returns must be shipped prepaid freight.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

All warranties actual or implied are the sole responsibilities of the manufacturer and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after coordinating with Hoihc`.

CUSTOM ORDERS , and items that have been worn, used, dirty, or altered or otherwise damaged/modified by the customer will NOT be accepted for refund or replacement. All tent frames are considered custom orders as each frame is custom built for a specific tent dimension, (slope, wall height, width, ridge height, ridge length) and each custom frame will only exactly fit the tent the frame was specifically built for.

RETURNS: REFUND TO CUSTOMER WILL BE REDUCED FOR THE TOTAL SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM CUSTOMER.
